Clair Brown- Bookkeeping & Admin Service is a West Sussex based business. It is my mission to offer a full Bookkeeping & Administration service, to meet all your business needs. Having worked in an office and Accounts environment for many years, and having completed my Level 2 & 3 Bookkeeping qualification I have experience in many areas of business administration and accounts.
I understand that as a business owner, you may or may not know how long the things you require doing will take, and so an hourly rate may not give you much of an idea of the cost to your business for my service. I therefore offer a fixed monthly costing scheme which enables you to know exactly how much the service you require will cost you. If you prefer I am still happy to offer my service on an hourly rate, if that suits your business needs better. I am happy to take away all the stress and worry regarding your business bookkeeping. Just give me all the relevant paperwork and I will do the rest. I am happy to produce and print or email your customer invoices, and should you require will type and send any quotations or other business documents you may require.

Happy to mange all your CIS needs, from verifying subcontractors to submitting your monthly CIS Returns and providing a statement for each contractor outlining tax paid to HMRC.
Sole Trader Self Assessment tax returns
Bringing together all your annual Income and expenses to provide you with a Profit and loss breakdown, as well as submitting all required information to HMRC for your self-assessment.
Payroll including Auto enrol pension set up.
